After a fortnight without league action, Ajax Queens return to the fray this weekend against Gafford Ladies on Sunday in Kanyanya.
A brilliant start that saw the football Queens collect four points in two games will be a factor to spur them in the coming game.
Team coach Michael Natima is confident the team is in good shape and ready for the game.
" We have had good preparations for the past two weeks and the team is in good shape. We believe the motivation in the team is high and ready to encounter them (Gafford Ladies)," he said.
Defender Bridget Nabisaalu also shares similar sentiments and is confident the team has all it takes to collect maximum points on Sunday.
" We are aware of the challenge that Gafford Ladies pose but we are confident of getting a positive result," Nabisaalu asserted.
Striker Carol Nakyanzi is sidelined with a knee injury and will not be part of the team. Phiona Wanyana is also ruled out and has not been part of trai
This will be fifth engagement between the two sides but all the previous four meetings have ended in stalemates.
