Coach Natima pleased with team's progress in training

Ajax Queens head coach Michael Natima

Ajax Queens Football Club set themselves a target of reaching the playoffs straight from onset of the 2017/18 season.

With two games played, the team got to a good start garnering four points therein.

However, this has instead spurred the technical team to call for more hard work and rectifying the few mistakes made in the previous games.

Head coach Michael Natima cited a concern about endurance and this has been the key area of address in this week's training at Buddo SS.

The manager believes the players have reacted positively in training this week and sees a lot of improvement.

" The progress in training so far this week has been encouraging. The spirit to work hard from the players is evident." He noted.

With no league action this week for the football Queens this week, the tactician believes the period will help in addressing the other concerns on the team.

" It is a blessing to us that we shall have two weeks before our next game. I believe that time will help us to rectify our mistakes," Natima asserted.

Ajax Queens currently lead Victoria group with four points in two games and the next game will be away to Gafford Ladies in Kanyanya on 5th November.
