Preparations ahead of the Fufa Women Elite League game against Kawempe Muslim Women Football Club continue to intensify every other passing day.
After the 2-0 victory against Gafford Ladies a week ago, the team continued with non residential training sessions both at Biira training ground and Buddo Secondary School.
However, the team has entered residential training on Monday evening ahead of the game this Sunday.
Club CEO, Charles Lwanga Kayemba indicated that this has been done to keep the team focused and together.
" We believe the residential camp will help the players create a great bond and remained focused ahead of the game against Kawempe Muslim," he intimated to ajaxqueens.cf
Besides players who are sitting for their exams, the rest of the team will be in camp at the club house in Kikaaya.
In addition, this week's training sessions have all shifted to Buddo SS to help the players acclamatize to the pitch.
" We have been training in Biira from Monday to Wednesday but this time round, all the sessions will be at Buddo SS, to help our players get used to the pitch," the CEO asserted.
New signings Gloria Ayikol and Gertrude Likicho who were not part of training last week, are expected to be part of the team ahead of Sunday's clash.
Ajax Queens currently occupy second position in Victoria group on seven points and a win against Kawempe Muslim on Sunday will see the football queens move top.
