Ajax Queens Football Club began the second round of the league on rather a low note failing to go past Rinnes WFC.
The football Queens needed to rally from behind to salvage a point against a resilient Rinnes team.
With the two goalkeepers, Pamela Nakayondo and Gloria 'Zaza' Namakula failing to make the match day squad due to injuries, midfielder Moreen 'Monti' Afoyo was called to start in goal.
Despite several efforts including Phiona Nabumba's attempt that ricocheted off the cross bar, the home side held on to frustrate the football Queens.
A few minutes into the second stanza, Rinnes took the lead through Halima Nantenza.
However, the lead didn't last long with Annet Namwenge levelling matters for Ajax Queens.
The game eventually ended in a stalemate with Ajax Queens remaining in second place on 14 points, five behind leaders Kawempe Muslim who won 2-0 against Muteesa I Royal University.
The next game for Michael Natima's charges will be a trip to Nakawa to face She Corporate.
